#OpenSourceLx - Lisbon: Critical success factors for open source implementations in public services

Abstract

This talk presents the critical success factors for open source implementations in public services. Combining practical examples from across Europe, the presentation gives public services and stakeholders a toolkit to increase the uptake of free and open source software. This actionable model is based on the major results of the European Commission’s Open Source Observatory and Repository (OSOR.eu) project.
