A row of zeros was returned

I did some adding and subtracting, using as input my articles for the OSOR.eu. In total, Europe’s member states and the European institutions employ a little over 15 million civil servants. Turns out, only six thousand of them work on a computer running an open source desktop system.

Hence the working title of my presentation, ‘A Row of Zeros Was Returned’, at Fossa in Grenoble.
